Stone Steps

Although Triennium is an International Corporation; it was born here in the United States. As such First Steps will be started where Triennium was birthed.

We have a serious epidemic of homeless people with no real solutions in sight. This is Triennium's way to combat this problem.

Step 1

Acquiring or building housing units for the current homeless population in the Reno / Sparks area. Then branching out.

Each unit would be in apartment style with mandatory alcohol and drug testing, and 24hr security.

Step 2

Helping the citizen get on benefits and/ or get enrolled into the VA where appropriate.

Reacquainting the citizen to a normalized life will be no easy task as many of the citizens have been on the streets for years. They will need mental health care, health care and other social work services in order to step back into society.

We will not offer detox facilities but will offer homes for those who have completed their programs.

Step 3

Helping our neighbors find work. It does not matter if it is at one of the Triennium properties or those of the local fast-food place, a job is a job. We will have a program that last 1 year we will have a bank account set up with supervisor. Rent money that is collected only after the first full month of working will be placed into an account at the end on 1 year the client who is clean and sober will be given 60% of the rent collected in order to begin their life outside of the program. However, the choice of remaining in the building is possible with rent being collected.
